  • 1 lb steak
  • Roasted Tomato Salsa:
  • 6 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 chipotle peppers
  • cilantro, chopped

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 8 very thin slices tomato
  • Tip: Press the tomato slices between paper towels to remove moisture.
