Cheese Noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (6-ounce) package very fine egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
Mom's Chili

Cook meat, onion, pepper, garlic
- Try adding the following:
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1 15 oz canned tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 3 TBS chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Dash of Hot Sauce
- Optional Topping - Cheddar Cheese and Raw chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika, smoked or regular
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Red Pepper, optional
Apple Slaw (Food Network)

- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 3 TB cider vinegar
- 2 TB chopped chives
- 10 thinly sliced celery stalks
- 2 thinly sliced green apples
- salt& pepper

Olive & Sundried Tomato Tapenade

In food processor, combine all ingredients except olive oil and pita chips/crostini
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup stuffed green olives with pimento
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Olive oil
- Crostini or Pita chips (I like “Stacy’s Naked Pita Chips”)
Pecan Pie Cookies

- For Cookies:
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- For Filling:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Pat steaks dry with paper towels and season with salt
- 4 center-cut tenderloin steaks , about 1 inch thick
- Salt
- 4 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 shallot , minced
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
Black Bean Dip

Puree all ingredients in food processor
- ¼ Cup Lime Juice
- 3 Tbs Cilantro, Chopped
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Jalepeno, Chopped
- 1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
- 1 tsp Garlic, Minced
- ½ Cup Red Onion, Chopped
- ½ Cup Red Pepper, Chopped
- dash of cayenne pepper
