  • 1 (6-ounce) package very fine egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded

Cook meat, onion, pepper, garlic

  • Try adding the following:
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 15 oz canned tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 15 oz can kidney beans
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 3 TBS chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Dash of Hot Sauce
  • Optional Topping - Cheddar Cheese and Raw chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika, smoked or regular
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Red Pepper, optional
