- 12 mozzarella sticks
- 1 c flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 1 c Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Spareribs with Zesty Honey Sauce

COMBINE chili sauce, honey, onion, wine, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in small saucepan
- 1 cup chile sauce
- 1/2 cup honey (or a little more)
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
- 3 pounds pork spare ribs
- salt and pepper
Hot Spiced Punch

COMBINE sugar and one cup water, salt and spices in a large Dutch oven; heat to boiling
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 cans 16 oz each jellied cranberry sauce
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 6 cups apple juice
- butter and cinnamon sticks optional

- 6 ounces package of lemon flavor jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 cup sliced peaches or nectarines
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup green grapes cut in half
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Artichoke Casserole

In a medium bowl, mix everything and refrigerate for awhile
- 6.5 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes chopped
- 2 T chopped red onion
- 1/4 c chopped black olives
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Kisses

Mix chicken, cream cheese, butter, spices, milk, and onion in a bowl
- 4 c cooked, diced chicken (use a rotisserie chicken to be quick)
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 T butter softened
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 T minced onion
- 2 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 jar Heinz chicken gravy, warmed
Layered Brisket Dinner

Trim fat from brisket. Put in a slow cooker
- recipe tangy mustard below:
- 3 lb beef brisket
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 lb baby red or yellow potatoes, halved if large
- 8oz pkg of baby carrots
- 1 small onion cut into wedges
- 2 t Olive oil
- 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- combine 1/2 c light sour cream
- 1 1/2 t dijon mustard
- 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t snipped fresh thyme (optional)
- chill sauce in refrigerator
Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing

Add all the ingredients and mix well
- 1 1/2 cups fat free or low fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup chunky chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 3 each hard cooked eggs, yolks discarded, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
