Classic Hot Wings

These classic hot wings are perfect for entertaining and only take one hour to prepare
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lbs chicken wingettes and drumettes
- 2 1/2 tbsp red hot sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Kahlua Tiramisu for Two

Place ladyfingers on baking sheet
- 12 small packaged ladyfingers
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 oz softened cream cheese, beaten until fluffy
- 1/3 cups whip cream, whipped
- 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
- 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Sunrise Mimosas

Place strainer over medium bowl, pour strawberries with syrup into strainer
- 1 package frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed, undrained
- 3 cups 100% tangerine juice (orange juice)
- 2 bottles champagne
- fresh strawberries, halved
Gorgonzola Artichoke Dip

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 8 inch quiche dish, or 8-9 inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 5 slices of precooked bacon
- 1 can artichoke hearts, well drained, chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Potato Tot Shepherd's Pie

Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, beat egg white until frothy
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups frozen potato tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope (.75 oz) mushroom gravy mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Santa Fe Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups corn kernels, fresh, frozen or canned
- 1 1/2 cup salsa, fresh, drained of excess liquid
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped, plus extra for garnish
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped
- sour cream, dollop for serving

Thai Coconut Soup

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 stalk lemon grass, minced
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 3 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
- 1/2 lb fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
