- 2 1/2 lbs rack of lamb
- 5 tyme spigs
- 1 cup dry marsala wine
- 1 galic clove
- 2 bunches spinach

cranberry-orange relish with mint

- 2 12oz bags cranberry
- 4 oranges peel and pith off chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
