- 1 lb stewing beef
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups V8 Juice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 pkg frozen peas,cor, lima beans or any leftover vegetable
- 1 coarsely chopped onion 1 Tbs. salt
- 2 tsp, worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp cilil powder
