Honey-Pecan Chicken

Preheat oven to 425. Finely chop pecans
- ~ 1/2 C pecans
- ~ 2 tbsp cornflake crumbs
- ~ 2 tbsp honey
- ~ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ~ 1 lbs. chicken breast
Blushing Penne Pasta

Cook penne according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 cup thinly sliced onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream, divided
- 1/2 cup white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 450. Beat cream cheese
- ~3 8oz cream cheese
- ~3/4 c sugar
- ~3 eggs
- ~1 tsp vanilla
- ~2 c chips (peanut/choc blend)
- ~9 oz crust
- ~2 tbsp whipping cream
Pupff Pancake with Blue berry Sauce

Preheat oven to 425. Place the butter in a 9-in pie plate; bake in a 425 oven for 4-5 min or until melted
- Blurberry Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Italian Creme Pie

Creme: Heat milk in saucepan
- Creme:
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 quart D milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Crust:
- 2 C flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 lbs. butter (soft)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
Mexican Pizza

Slice half of the onion and chop the rest; set aside
- 1 large onion
- 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/3 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped ranch-flavored tortilla chips
Lemon Meringue Pie Jelly Shots

- ~ 1/2 C frozen (thawed) leomonade concentrate
- ~ 3/4 C C cold water
- ~ 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- ~ 1/2 C vodka
- ~ 1/4 C orange-flavored liqueur
- Creme Layer
- ~1tsp unflavored gelatin
- ~1/3 C cold water
- ~ 1/4 C canned sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- Garnish
- ~ 16 graham cracker halves

Mongolian Beef

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon Crisco® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 5 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups hot cooked rice

- 3/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
- 6 flour tortillas (8in)
- 1 package (8oz) fat-free cream cheese
- 6 tbsp finely chopped picans
- 1 can (16oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce, divided
- 1/4 c chopped celery
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Sour Cream Chicken

preheat oven to 325 Melt butter and spread on bottom and sides of glass baking dish
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 12 pieces bacon
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
