Burrito Pie

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 (2 oz) can black olives, sliced
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chili peppers
- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
- 1 (16 oz) jar taco sauce
- 2 (16 oz) cans refried beans
- 12 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 9 oz shredded Colby cheese
Strawberry Smoothie

- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry, strawberry kiwi or strawberry mango yogurt
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
- Pineapple chunks, strawberries or kiwifruit slices, if desired
Steaks with Crab Sauce

- SAUCE:
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 boneless beef top loin steaks (8 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
