- 6 large egg yolks
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 C. whole milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Blueberry Coffeecake with Lemon Streusel

- 90 g butter chopped
- 2/3 cup (160ml) golden syrup
- 1/2 cup (110g) castor sugar (superfine sugar)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) milk

- 1 cup (150g) plain flour (all purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup (75g) self raising flour
- 1/4 cup (25g) cocoa

Honeydew and Mint Agua Fresca

Cut the honeydew melons in half and remove and discard the seeds
- 2 honeydew melons, about 12 lb. total
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed fresh mint leaves
- 3 cups sparkling water, chilled

- For the doughnuts:

- 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) (2 oz./60 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup (2 oz./60 g) sugar

Creamy Chicken Marsala Pizza

- 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons CRISCO® Light or Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb uncooked chicken breast tenders (not breaded)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced onions
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh portabella mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup sweet Marsala wine or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Tuna Melts

- 3 cans (each 6 oz.) white albacore tuna packed in oil or water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, homemade (see recipe below) or purchased
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup minced yellow or red onion
- 2 Tbs. minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 large slices firm white sandwich bread
- 8 tomato slices
- 6 oz. mild cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
