- 350 gr. Fijne rape suiker
- 1 pakje vanille suiker
- 8 dooiers van eieren
- 150 gr. Alcohol
- eieren met melk en vanillesuiker heel voorzichtig slaan in een blender dan op
- grote vitesse zetten en heel heel voorzichtig suiker bijvoegen….. achteraf de
- alcohol bijvoegen
- 8 eierdooiers
- 200 gr fijne suiker
- 1 pakje vanillasuiker
- 1 doos Carnation melk – geevaporeerd – blik van 385 ml
- 180 tot 200 cl zuivere alcohol

Heat a large skillet over moderate heat
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil, once around the pan in a slow stream
- 1 T butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c vodka
- 1 c chicken stock
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (32 oz)
- coarse salt and pepper
- 16 oz. Pasta, such as rigate
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 20 leaves fresh basil, shredded or torn
- crusty bread for passing
- shrimp, peeled and deveined (optional)
Broccoli and Cauliflower with Kumquats Recipe

• Bring 2 cups water to boil in a saucepan
- 1 pound frozen mixed broccoli and cauliflower, or use fresh
- 4 ounces kumquats, about 10 - 12 (use more or fewer according to preference)
