Mix all together and press into a brownie size pan
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 sticks of butter (softened)

Meatball Nirvana

Directions Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Tex-Mex Macaroni Casserole

Southwest Salad with Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Arrange chicken in single layer on a heavy-bottomed pan
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce, torn
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 fresh corn on the cob
- 2 to 3 corn tortillas (preferably a day or two old)
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 tbsps queso fresco
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- broth or water
- oil for deep-frying
- creamy cilantro dressing (recipe follows)
Cajun Shrimp Casserole

- 2 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small red onion, chopped*
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper*
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper*
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper*
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced okra
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of shrimp soup**
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups cooked long-grain rice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Garnishes: quartered lemon slices, fresh flat-leaf parsley sprigs
Apple Butter-Banana Bread

directions 1. Grease and flour the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; set aside

- 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
- 1 tbs. taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour Cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup mexican style shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbs. sliced black olives
Apricot-Orange Cream Scones

Doublecheck your email address and try again
- 2 6 7 6-inch 6 2 dough 6 or 7 times until smooth. Divide dough in half. Pat each half into 6-inch round; cut each into 6 wedges. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- 3 10 to 13 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar and enough orange juice for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle icing over warm scones. Serve warm.
