- MUSHROOMS SLICED (AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE)
- 1 CUP MARSALA WINE (START WITH THAT)
- 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH (START WITH THAT)
- HEAVY CREAM (OPTIONAL)
Apple Valley Inn Apple Crisp

Place apples, 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly
- 8 granny smith apples sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 tablespoons butter (3/4 stick)
- 6 tablespoons margarine (3/4 stick)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

IN MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL, ADD: CHILI - LEVEL ON BOTTOM PATS OF CREAM CHEESE CHEESE MICROWAVE FOR 5 MINUTES
- 1 CAN HORMEL CHILI WITH OR WITHOUT BEANS
- 1- 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 1 8 OZ SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 - 8 OZ SHREDDED MONTERRAY JACK CHEESE
- 1 LARGE BAG TOSTITO CHIPS
- OPTIONAL--- GREEN CHILES ON THE SIDE
Pizzelles

Beat eggs,add sugar gradually until smooth
- You need a pizzelle iron to make these cookies
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margerine or butter ,melted(2 sticks)
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp of annizette or any other flavor (almond extract, anise extract , etc)
- 1 Tbsp lemon extract
- Confectioners' sugar
HOT CRAB DIP

MIX SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE WITH MILK
- 2 - 8 OZ PKGCREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 2 - 6 OZ CANS CRAB MEAT (BEST WITH FRESH LUMP CRAB MEAT, BUT CANNED MAKES A GREAT DIP ALSO)
- 2 TBSP MILK
- 4 TBSP GRATED ONION (OR FINELY CHOPPED)
- 1 TBSP CREAMY HORSERADISH(LIKE HELLMAN'S OR BOAR'S HEAD)
- 1/2 TSP SALT
BANANA CAKE

I have had this reciepe for at least 27 years
- DRY INGRIEDIANTS:
- 2 CUPS FLOUR, SIFTED
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
- SCANT OF SALT
- CREAM INGRIEDIANTS:
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 1 CUP SOUR MILK ( 1 CUP MILK PLUS A LITTLE BIT OF VINEGAR)
- 1 TSP VANILLA (SEPERATE)
- 2 OR 3 MASHED BANANAS (REAL CREAMY)
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
- 1 - 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFT
- 1/4 CUP MARGERINE
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- COMBINE UNTIL FLUFFY.
