- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 6oz package shake n bake original
- Chicken seasoned coating mix
- 1/4 cup grey poupon dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
Cheesy Broccoli Toss

Combine broccoli, mustard and velveeta in a large nonstick skillet on med-high heat
- 4 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 lb velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 package 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 22 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 jar 26oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 package 1 lb penne or medium tube pasta
- 1 package 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup 8oz sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups 8oz shredded cheddar cheese
Mom's Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 400. In a food processor combine the flour, salt, sugar and pulse
- For the Filling
- 8 Apples-peeled and sliced Half granny smith half Macintosh
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter-chilled and sliced
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 tbsp. flour
- For the Dough
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks of butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 - 1/2 cups ice water
- Egg-lightly beaten for egg wash
- Cinnamon sugar for dusting

- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup 8oz sour cream
- 3 green onions chopped
