- 2 large pizza crusts
- Pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounce can artichoke hearts
- 6 ounce jar Kalamata olives
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
Baked Halibut on a Piperade Bed

Halibut is the largest member of the flatfish family, which also includes flounder
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 red and 2 yellow bell peppers, cored, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 medium-sized red onion, halved lengthwise and slivered
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 6 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 halibut fillets (8 ounces each), 1 inch thick
- 2 lemons, halved, for serving

Preheat oven to 475°F. Cut four 12-inch pieces parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 lemons cut into 16 slices
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 24 cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 2 (6 to 8 inch) hard Italian rolls, split
- 8 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 4 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
Tasty Turkey Burgers

1. Combine first 7 ingredients
- For the burgers:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herb Marinade
- 4 hamburger buns

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
