- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh or dried oregano
- 1 slice parcetta, chopped (optional)
- 4 artichokes
- 2 cups white wine

- 1 package of Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix.
- 1 package (4 servings size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp almond extract

- 2/3 cup shredded coconut, toasted
