- 1 3/4 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 1/4 cups 1/2 inch cubes extra sharp cheddar cheese (about 5 oz)
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp. dry mustard powder
- 1/4 Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 Tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/3 Cups half & half (I use fat free)
- 1 1/3 Cups heavy cream
- 2/3 Cup sour cream (I use light)
- 2 Large eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
- 3/4 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 Cups packed grated extra sharp cheddar cheese (about 5 oz)

- 1 1/2 Cups vegetable oil
- 1 Cups sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tsp. Baking soda
- 3 Cups grated carrots
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
CRABMEAT CANAPES

These are just so yummy and easy to make, I serve them quite often when we are having guests
- 9 Slices white bread, crusts trimmed, cut diagonally into triangles
- 1 Can (7 1/2 oz.) crab meat OR 1 pkg. imitation crabmeat (I usually use the imitation)
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tsp. grated or finely chopped onion (or one green onion chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp. salt

- I bread my wings using the double dip method. This means I dip the wing into the flour, then into the liquid and then back into the flour. Here is my breading recipe:
- Breading the Wings (only if deep frying)
- 2 Cups of White Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup of Milk
- That will do a large package of wings. Add more if you need to.
- Chicken Wing Hot Sauce Recipe
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Extra Hot Sauce (Dave's Insanity recommended) to taste
- Add all ingredient to a large glass bowl, stir, and then microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir again and microwave for another minute (or longer if butter and sugar have not melted).
CAJUN SHRIMP

- 4 Lbs. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (can use less - marinade lasts for awhile)
- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 Cup chopped green onions
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 Tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2 Tsp. oregano
