Beer-Candied Bacon

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe for Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect, simple dip for any party or potluck
- 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce, or whatever hot sauce you like
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 2 cups (14 ounces raw) cooked shredded chicken
Beer Dip

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, dressing, and beer til you reach your desired creamy consistency
- 2 (8 ounce) packages of softened cream cheese (My sis in law’s original recipe called for 3 packages of cream cheese, which is also very good, but we now prefer the consistency of mixing the cream cheese with sour cream.)
- 1 (8 ounce) carton of sour cream
- 1 package of Dry mix – Ranch Dressing (like Hidden Valley)
- 1/2 -3/4 can of beer ( Bud or a lager, full bodied beer, as opposed to a light will give you a better flavor)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (preferably finely grated)
- bacon bits, green onions (optional garnish)
No-Bake Chewy Cookies and Cream Bars

- One 16 oz package of Oreo
- 5 cups Large Marshmallows

- Cookie Layer:
- 1 (17.5 oz) package Krusteaz peanut butter cookie mix
- water, egg, and vegetable oil called for on package of cookie mix
- Nougat Layer:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow crème
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- Chocolate Layer:
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven according to directions on the box and spray an 8×8 baking dish generously with cooking spray
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- eggs & oil (as called for by the brownie mix)
- 1 heaping half cup (6 oz) Cookies & Cream ice cream
- 1/4 Cup hot fudge topping (chilled or room temp)
- 1 pkg Oreos (regular, Double or Mega Stuffed! Your choice! :))
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

1. Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker
- 3-4 raw boneless skinless chicken breasts (the original recipe used frozen breasts, but I used them unfrozen, so it appears you can do either)
- 12 oz bottle of Buffalo wing sauce (I used Frank's Wing Sauce)
- 1 oz packet of dry Ranch mix (I used Hidden Valley)
- 2 T light butter

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- tt sea salt
- tt black pepper, freshly ground
- salad:
- 1 lg head of romaine OR 2-3 romaine hearts, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 sm red cabbage, julienned
- 1/4 red onion, julienned
- 1 english cucumber, cut in 1/4's lengthwise, then thinly sliced
