- 2-4 oz crumbled blue cheese (taste dependent)
- 2 T minced fresh italian parsley
- 2 T minced fresh chives

Grilled S'more Brownie Cup

- graham cracker crust:
- 2 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c sugar
- 10-12 T unsalted butter, melted
- brownie:
- 1/2 c unsweetened chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 16 T unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

- 4 eggs
- i t vanilla bean extract

- 2 C flour (I used equal parts all purpose flour and whole wheat flour; or bread flour)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 C old fashioned oats
- 2 sticks of room temperature butter
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 1 C packed light brown sugar
