Crockpot Chili

Place the ground beef in the bottom of the slowcooker
- 1 lbs. lean ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 can of red kidney beans, rinsed (15 oz)
- 1/2 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1/2 can of water (28 oz)
- 1/2 large onion, minced
- 1 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional - depends on how spicy you want it)
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chocolate chips or cocoa powder
Hearty Beef Stew

Place all ingredients in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag
- 1 pound beef stew cubes
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 red potatoes, cut into large cubes
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen green peas
Greek Salad in a Mason Jar

Step 1: Add 1-4 tablespoons of dressing to the bottom of your jar (depending on jar size and personal preference)
- 1 quart size Mason Jar
- 2-4 tablespoons Creamy Greek Dressing
- 1/4 cup each chopped carrots, cucumbers, celery and red onion
- 6-8 Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce
Mini Nutella Cookie Cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Jar of Nutella(12 tablespoons per batch)

Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders

Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C)
- For the Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders
- 500 grams boneless chicken breast
- 4-5 cups of plain corn flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, lightly whisked with a tablespoon of water
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- For the Garlic Mayo BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Tequila & Lime Cilantro Potatoes

- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 T tequilla
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil

- 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
