Asian Noodle Salad Jars

In large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package instructions
- Dressing:
- 4 ounces soba noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
- 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crunchy rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

Honey Sriracha Chicken

Spray non-stick cooking spray all around the slow cooker
- 3 large chicken breasts*
- 1 and 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha, or more if needed for extra spiciness
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Put onion chunks and beef broth in a slow cooker and set aside
- Optional*:
- 2 sweet onions, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Stubb's® Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 4 Tbsp Stubb's® Original BBQ Sauce (for drizzle)
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Place all ingredients in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag and mix together
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 2 (16 oz) jars Alfredo sauce (I use light)
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

- 1 large can water chestnuts, whole
- 2/3 c sugar

- 1 package graham crackers (9 full sized graham crackers)
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1 T sugar
- dash salt
- 1 C butter, softened
- 2 C brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 T milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 1/2 C flour
- 2 1/2 C milk chocolate chips
- 24 large marshmallows

- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb fat free mozzerella
- 12 oz ricotta cheese (can substitute fat free cottage cheese)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
- 8 oz no-bake lasagna noodles
- 30 oz tomato sauce
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
