So good - mashed cauliflower isn't my favorite but it was actually really good prepared like this
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 C carrots, sliced
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 C beef broth
- 1 T arrowroot powder
- 1 T dried thyme
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 head cauliflower, broken in chunks
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1/2 black pepper
