- 1 T each brown mustard seeds and ground coriander
- 1 1/2 t each ground cumin and turmeric
- 1/2 t each cinnamon and cayenne
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- 1 1/2 about 1 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt, divided
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice
- 4 sockeye salmon fillets (each about 5 oz. and 3/4 in. thick), skinned
- 1 1/4 lbs red potatoes, sliced 1/4 in. thick

This was super yummy - made a few adjustments to original recipe though
- 2 heads cauliflower (about 1 1/2 lb. each)
- 1 cup snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup smoked walnuts or almonds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons diced prosciutto or bacon (1 oz.)
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley sprig (optional)
Breakfast Hash

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 large sweet potato or yam (japanese yam works best)
- 5 - 6 eggs
- You can saute some cut up onions & garlic in pan before the potatoes - remove from pan then add back in on top of the potatoes - add eggs on top of everything.

- 1 1/2 pounds 85 percent lean ground beef chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 medium carrots, chopped (1 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup half-and-half or milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 - 16 ounce package dried whole wheat, multigrain or regular spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan, Romano, or Asiago cheese (optional)
- Fresh oregano (optional)

- ◾1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Muffins are great served warm for breakfast/brunch or mid-day booster snack
- 3 bananas, mashed with a fork
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup 72% Eating Evolved Baking Chocolate, chopped into pieces (or other chocolate chips you like)
