- 2 cups walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped coarse
- 1 (8-ounce) jar Marshmallow Fluff
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

- INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and shredded (2 cups)
- 2 Fuji, Gala or Golden Delicious apples, peeled and shredded (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup (3 1/2 ounces) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 5 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 9-inch parbaked pie shell, cooled

1. Start by putting sugar in food processor and running it for 60 seconds

- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Stock
- 1 turkey carcass stripped of usable meat with bones cracked where you can
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 tbsp salt
- Water to cover
- 6 to 8 potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 to 3 tbsp bacon drippings
- 2 diced onions
- diced turkey
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3 tbsp flour
