Whisk the red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, 1/2 tea
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced jarred Peppadew peppers or roasted red bell peppers
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 - 12 oz. can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 - 12 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 -1 2 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 - 12 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed

Dip - Queso Sausage Dip

- 8 oz. pkg. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage, browned and drained
- 2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles

- 1 12 oz. bottle Chili Sauce or BBQ sauce

- 1/2 cup lager beer
- 1 tea. canola oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Blueberry Poppy Seed Loaves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil, plus more for brushing
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tea. baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 teas. almond extract
- 1 1/2 tea. vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
Ramen Soup

Cook noodles in 2 cups of boiling water for 2 minutes; drain well
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tea. sugar
- 1 tea. sesame oil
- 1 tea. Sriracha
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tea. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Bread Pudding - Cinnamon with Cranberry-Raisin Sauce

Prepare pudding: preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 slices slightly dry whole-grain bread, crusts trimmed, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 tea. nutmeg
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tea. vanilla

- 1 tea. mustard seeds
- 2-3 dried chiles (such as chile de arbol) stemmed
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen (no need to thaw), sliced in half
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Biscuits - Zucchini and Cheddar

I*n a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- ]1/2 tea. dried basil
- 1/2 tea. dried thyme
- 3 3ggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Marinade - Lemon-Pepper for fish
