Ribs - Flay's Fall-Off-The-Bone Baby Back Ribs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 1/2 lb. (about 2 slabs)baby back ribs
- 1 (12 oz) bottle beer
- Sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
Deli Monte Cristos

On two slices of bread, layer a slice of ham and turkey, coleslaw, salad dressing and cheese
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 thin slices deli ham
- 2 thin slices deli turkey
- 2 Tbsp. deli coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
Grilled 3 Chile Salsa w/ Black Beans and Corn

Prepare charcoal grill and let it burn down to medium-hot (5 seconds to "ouch")
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1 large ear of corn, husked and silks removed
- 2 ripe tomatoes (about 1 lb)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 long green chiles, such as Anaheim or New Mexico
- 2 Poblano chiles
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. tequila
- salt
- 3/4 cup cooked black beans, well drained
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup finely diced red onion

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not light, fat-free, etc)
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Brussels Sprouts - Pickled Brussels Sprouts

Cook brussels sprouts until just tender, leaving whole
- 2 lbs. brussels sprouts
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tea. cayenne
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 head of dill or 4 tea. dried dill seed

Place wheat berries in a large bowl and add enough water to cover by 2"
- 1 cup wheat berries
- 1 Gala apple, cored and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup dried cherries, cranberries or golden raisins
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, trimmed and sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tea. honey mustard
- 1 tea. honey
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil

- 1 9 oz. package single layer yellow cake mix
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as halved grapes, mblueberries, sliced nectarines and peaches)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves or red currant jelly, meltedm,divided
- Whipped cream or ice cream

- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 tea. celery seed
Cheese Bread (on loaf of french bread)

Combine all ingredients, except bread
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- diced chilies, to taste
- 1 loaf French or Italian bread, split lengthwise
