  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped canned chipotle chiles en adobo
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 5 tea. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tea. liquid smoke (optional)
