- 1 large onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard

Bread Pudding - Apple Spiced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 Kirkland Signature apple spice crumb muffins
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk or whipping cream
- 1 tea. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 tea. baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups small diced apples (peeled if desired)
- 1 large red apple, cut in thin slices
- Caramel sundae topping , warmed
Individual Shepard's Pies

In a large skillet, mcook beefg and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper

- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
Pork Cutlets with Bourbon Cream Sauce

Combine flour, thyme, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax paper
- 2 Tbsp. + 2 tea. flour
- 1 tea. chopped fresh thyme (or 1/2 tea. dried)
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 4 (1/4 lb) pork cutlets, 1/4" thick
- 2 tea. olive oil
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tea. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fat free half-and-half
- 1 te. flour
- 1/2 tea. chopped thyme, optional
Acorn Squash - Spiced-Roasted

- 1 (1 lb) tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1" thick slices

- 2 tea. butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard
Waffles - Hash Brown Waffles

In a large bowl, whisk egg, salt, cumin, pepper and chili powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1.2 tea. cumin
- 1.2 tea. pepper
- 1/4 tea. chili powder
- 1 3/4 cups refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. salsa

- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- confectioners' sugar, fresh fruit or whipped cream (if desired)
