1. Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 cans (15.5 oz each) Green Giant® great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 cans (15 oz each) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 ring (1 to 1 1/4 lb) fully cooked smoked Polish sausage
Squash - Caramelized Butternut Squash

- 2 medium butternut squash (4 to 5 pounds total)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 1 recipe Orange Glaze
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tea. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tea. shredded orange peel

- 1 16-17 oz. package refrigerated cooked beef pot roast with juices
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut bite-size
- 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 poblano peppers, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1/2 tea. ground cumin
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
Tomato Basil Bisque

Dice onion. Melt the butter in a large pot
- 1 medium onion
- 6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- one (46 oz) bottle or can tomato juice
- 3-6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp. chicken base, or 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/54 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

- 3/4 cup walnut halves and pieces, coarsely chopped
