Corn & Snap Pea Saute

Heat grill. Brush corn with 1 Tbsp
- 4 ears corn, silk and husks removed
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) sugar snap peas or snow peas
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salmon - whole salmon (or one half) BBQ'd

Clean, scale and split salmon on belly side to the dorsal fin, being careful not to split down backbone
- 1 whole salmon (6-8 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup (1 cube) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tea. Worcestershire
- 1 tea. onion salt
- 1/4 cup white wine or dry sherry
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. stone-ground mustard
- Pepper
- 4 Tbsp. jalapeno jelly

Combine the ice cream and Kahlua in a blender and process until smooth
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 oz. Kahlua
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream
Coleslaw - Creamy Habenero Horseradish

Combine and toss the green and red shredded cabbage with the habanero peppers; set aside in the refrigerator
- 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1/2 head red cabbage, thinly shredded
- 8 habanero peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tea. celery seeds
Snack Mix - Cracker Mix (bugles, wheat thins, goldfish, etc)

In a very large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients
- 12 cups original flavor bugles
- 5 cups miniature pretzels
- 1 pkg (11 oz) miniature butter-flavored crackers
- 1 pkg. (10 oz) Wheat Thins
- 1 pkg. (9 1/4 oz) Cheese Nips
- 1 pkg. (7 1/2 oz) Nacho Cheese Bugles
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) miniature Parmesan goldfish
- 1 cup mixed nuts or peanuts
- 1 bottle (10 or 12 oz) butter-flavored popcorn oil
- 2 envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
Greens with Cherries and Feta Cheese Balls

Whirl cream cheese and feta in a food processor until smooth
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. feta cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped, toasted sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Champagne vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 /.2 tea. pepper
- 2 1/2 qts. lightly packed mixed greens
- 2 cups pitted cherries, halved
Breakfast Oatmeal (cooked overnight)

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- 2 cups dry regular oats
- 4 cups water
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped raisins, cranberries, or mixture of any dried fruit

- 1/4 pound cooked bacon, diced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (or if you use a new potato or Yukon gold then halve)
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, thinly sliced (shredded is fine)
- salt and pepper

Spaghetti Squash - Thanksgiving Spaghetti Squash w/ cinnamon and cranberries

- 1/2 spaghetti squash
- 1 tea. salt
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
3 Bean Salad Pickled

- 8 oz. dried beans (pinto, small white, red)
- 12 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2" pieces
- 1 3/4 cups cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup bottle lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame
- 1 medium yellow sweet pepper, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
