Apple-Pear-Cranberry Crisp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 4 baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 / cup flour
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tea. grated orange zest
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. nutmeg
- 1 stock butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup oats
Snack mix - Parmesan Crock Pot Snack Mix

Put Chex cereal, oyster crackers, nuts, pretzels, and cheese crackers into Crock Pot
- 2 cups Chex cereal
- 2 cups oyster crackers
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup cheese crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Olives - Marinated

Mix together all ingredients except olives
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup tequila
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 lime, unpeeled, sliced
- 1 orange, unpeeled, sliced
- 2 cans (6 oz each) pitted black olives
Bacon Wrapped Smokies (Robyn's recipe)

Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each smokie, secure with a toothpick
- 1 pkg. Little Smokies (aaprox. 40 weiners)
- 1 lb. bacon (or 14 strips) cut into 1/3's
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Cajun Fish Soup

Rinse fish; cut into 1" pieces
- 12 oz. fresh or frozen cod or sea bass
- 4 cups assorted stir-fry vegetables from a salad bar or produce department or one16 oz. package frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tea. Cajun seasoning
- 1 14/5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
Crackers - Sharp Cheddar Cheese Crackers

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1/4 cup + 2 tea. flour
- 1/4 tea. baking powder
- dash of salt
- 2 tea. butter
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tea. poppy seeds
Brussels Sprouts - Sweet and Savory

Over high heat, bring pot of salted water to boil
- 4 containers (10 oz. each) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halves
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. basalmic vinegar
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange-flavored sweetened dried cranberries
Firecracker Barbecue Pork

Season roast with salt and pepper
- 2 lb. pork loin roast
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 tea. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tea horseradish
Pumpkin Loaf Cake

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
- Glaze:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tea. baking soda
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 tea. nutmeg
- 1/4 tea. ginger
- 1/4 tea. cloves
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 tea. nutmeg
- 1/8 tea. cinnamon
- 1-2 Tbsp. milk
Bread - Maple-Bacon monkey Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 2 tea. cinnamon
- 2 (16.3 oz) cans refrigerated biscuits, quartered and rolled into balls.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. maple bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup roughly chopped pecans
