- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tlb vanilla oran's
- 1 c margarine melted-do not sub. with oil
- 4 tsp baking powder
Roasted Cauliflower with Golden Raisins

Preheat the oven to 375°
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Congo Bars

Melt butter and shortening and pour over brown sugar
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup margarine (5 tlb)
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 pkg light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 small pkg chocolate chips
Ron's Scallops W Peaches /Rasberry & Rosemary

- peaches, scallops, rasberries, onion, garlic s & P

Morzette

- AUNT EDITHS TOPPING:
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- -If desired, add 1 1/2 tsp flavoring, orange peel, nuts.
- 1 c. confectionary sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- tbs butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- teaspoon vanilla
Shrimp Cerviche (Ron or Jen)

Put a large pot of water over high heat and add the lemon garlic bay leaves, peppercorns, and salt to taste
- 1 lemon halved
- 1 head of garlic halved
- 3 bay leaves
- 8 peppercorns
- sea salt
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
- 2 c coconut milk
- 1/2 c lime juice plus more for drizzling
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- 2 serrano chilis, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch freshly chopped cilantro plus more for garnish
- olive oil for drizzling

Farro with Artichokes and Herb Salad

1. In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 small celery root, peeled and finely diced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 celery ribs—1 finely diced and 1 thinly sliced, plus 1/2 cup celery leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups farro (14 ounces)
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons grated Grana Padano cheese, plus shaved cheese for garnish
- 4 ounces marinated baby artichokes, drained and halved (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup snipped chives
- 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

- 2 egg white
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tlb water
