Sift flour and baking powder
- Icing:
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 5 cups flour (approx)
- powdered sugar
- water
- anisette extract (or whatever flavoring you prefer)
- food coloring, if desired
- sprinkles
