Chocolate Cherry Cake

- 1 Devil's Food cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 beaten eggs
Weight Watchers Salisbury Steaks

Mix together ground round, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- 1 pound ground round
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Pam
- 1 8-ounce package fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 12-ounce jar fat-free beef gravy
Cream Puff Filling

2 pkgs (3.5oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding, 4 cups cream (whipping), 4T
- 2 pkgs (3.5oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 4 cups cream (whipping)
- 4 T. cool whip
MoonCake

Cream butter and sugar (2x's size and fluffy), egg yolks & vanilla add baking powder to flour
- 1 # flour (4 cups) cake flour sifted or sift regular flour
- 2 x's -minus 2T. if not cake flour
- 1 # butter
- 1 dozen eggs, separated (Jumbo) + 2 extra
- 1 #sugar (2 cups)
- 2 t. Lemon juice or vanilla
- 2 t. baking powder + dash
Chicken Salad Hawaiian

Toss all ingredients together with dressing
- 13 ounces cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 1/2 ounces chopped pecans
- 2 cups drained pineapple chunks, unsweetened
- 80 small green grapes
- 1/2 cup Weight Watchers Whipped Salad Dressing
- lettuce leaves, to serve
Simple Syrup

cook 25 mins Sugar needs no dissolving when you add this ready-made sweetener to drinks
- 3 cups water
- 4 cups granulated sugar
Garden Sangria

Combine first 5 ingredients; cover and chill 8 hours
- 1 gallon dry white wine
- 2 cups brandy
- 1 cup orange liqueur
- 4 oranges, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 liter club soda (or gallon)
- 1 quart whole strawberries
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, thinly sliced
Peach Dessert

Spread peaches, juice and all, in a 9x13-inch pan
- 1 (29 oz.) pkg. sliced peaches
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- Whipped cream
Banana Pound Cake

- For the cake:
- 1 box banana cake mix
- 4 oz banana instant pudding mix
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- For the glaze:
- 1 can banana creme ready-to-spread frosting
