Millionaire Pie

- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice

- 1 c. chopped pecans
Stuffed Mushrooms

Wash and stem mushrooms; bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
- 1 pound fresh large mushrooms
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion, sautéed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- a few drops of Tabasco sauce

- 1 1/2 Apple chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Key Lime Pie with Macadamia Nut Filling

Chop macadamia nuts until very fine (almost ground) and mix with sugar
- 1 (9") graham cracke crust
- 1/2 c. macadamia nuts
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juce
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip
