- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves crushed garlic

Amaretto cake

- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 c.sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 tsp. almond ectract
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1/2 c. Amaretto di Saronno
- 1 (8 oz) jar orange marmalade
- 4 oz . apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. amaretto
- 1 c. chopped , toasted almonds
Peachy Cream Dessert

Directions Cut butter into flour, until crumbly, add pecans and press in a greased 9x13x2 inch pan

- 2 cups self rising flour

- 5 medium peaches,peeled and sliced thin

Stir jello, sugar, and boiling water til dissolved
- 3 oz. jello (orange/peach)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 6 oz. frozen lemonade
- 20 oz. pineapple tidbits & juice
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 c. strawberries, sliced
- 1 c. grapes, cut in half
- 3 bananas, sliced
Beef Bourguignon

Directions Brown beef,onion,carrot
- 6 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, reserve drippings
- 3 # lean beef, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 2 cans of beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups burgundy wine
- 1 T tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 # fresh mushrooms, sliced ( you can use canned)
- 2 T butter
- 1 can white onions, drained
