- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups carrot, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boneless salmon fillets
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed
Beer Battered Fish and Chips

- Beer Batter:
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon House Seasoning,
- 1 1/2 pounds cod fillets, skinned with bones removed, and fish cut diagonally into 1-inch-wide strips (5 to 6-inches long)

Dump all the ingredients in a heavy pot
- 1 lb. Kilbasa
- 1/2 lb. Bacon pieces (1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 onion
- 4-6 cans of beans(a mix of kidney, lima (frozen ones), butter, northern, black etc.)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (molasses, maple syrup&/or honey may be added)
- 1/2 cup ketchup(BBQ may be added)
- 1/4-1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 T prepared mustard
- salt&pepper
RUM RAISIN APPLE PIE

Bring rum with raisins to a boil in a 1-quart heavy saucepan, then remove from heat and let stand, covered, 1 hour

- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 medium apples, ranging from sweet to tart (2 1/2 lb)
