SLOW COOKER TURKEY BREAST

Wash and dry the turkey breast and place in a slow cooker
- 1 turkey breast (6-7 lbs.)
- 1 Cup apple cider
- 2 TURKISH BAY LEAVES
- 1 TB. SMOKED SPANISH PAPRIKA or
- HUNGARIAN SWEET PAPRIKA
- 1 TB. POULTRY SEASONING
- 11/2 tsp. CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
- 2 tsp. KOSHER FLAKE SALT

HEAT oven to 400°F. UNFOLD pastry sheets
- 1 pkg. (17.3 oz.) frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- Dash hot pepper sauce 2 pkg.
- (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup

Place all marinade ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-high heat
- For the Marinade:
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar, or substitute white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 fresh red chili (minced or finely sliced), or substitute 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, or substitute 1 more tablespoon regular soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced lemongrass
- For the Salmon:
- 2 to 4 salmon fillets
- 1 to 3 tablespoons canola oil or other vegetable oil for frying
