Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, heat ¼ cup olive oil over high heat
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 11/2 pounds sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 11/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 11/2 cups zucchini, cut into small dice, no seeds
- 1/2 cup small dice red onion
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium size red bell peppers, about 4 to 6 ounces each, halved lengthwise,
- de-seeded but with tops still attached
- 3 cups cooked converted rice, following package directions
- 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 pound shredded fresh mozzarella, reserving 3 tablespoons for garnish
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano, reserving 3 tablespoons for garnish
- 1/2 cup dry white wine

Put butter and peanut butter chips in saucepan and cook over low heat

- 1 C Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
- 2/3 C packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 t vanilla
- 1 1/3 C flour
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 C finely chopped pecans
- Chocolate Chip Glaze - Place 1 C chocolate chips and 1 T shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil) in small microwave safe bowl. Heat on High for 1 minute - stir. 15 second intervals thereafter til smooth.
