Put about 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil in a pan large enough to hold a pound and a half of spaghetti
- 1/4 C EVOO
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 T capers
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- 1.5 C Tomato puree (Mario Batali Marinara sauce)
- Half bottle white wine
- 4 C chicken broth
- chopped parsley
- Bag of frozen seafood
Passion Fruit Tart

- Makes one 9-inch tart
- For The Crust
- 9 graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
