Chocolate Dosed Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 400 for 10 minutes
- 2 crusts for pie
- 3 large apples peeled, cores, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dark honey
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 3 pats of butter
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Fruit Topped Almond Cake

Heat oven to 350. Spray bottom and sides of a 8 or 9 inch round pan
- Topping:
- 1 3/4 cups cake mix from a 18.25
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds finely ground
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups assorted fruit
- 3/4 cup apricot preserves
- 3 tablespoons apple juice
- 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
Cheesy mashed Potato Cups

- 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cheddar

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 sea salt
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes

in a 3 quart saucepan, place potatoes, bouillon granules and garlic
- 24 small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
- 8 medium green onions
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning or lemon pepper
