Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Prepare the sliced potatoes, and cover them with cold water in a large container, and set aside
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk (for sauce)
- 2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese (You may substitute any variety of shredded cheese that you like.)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried chopped parsley)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups additional milk (for pouring over casserole to come to the top of the potatoes)
- cooking oil spray
- salt and black pepper, to taste

Cook pasta according to box instructions
- 1 lb whole wheat penne
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree, depending on your personal taste
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk, more if you like a thinner sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup parmigiano reggiano, I used about 2 cups, we like cheese! You can also use Parmessan
- 1 tsp pepper flakes, optional.
