Marshmellow Cranberry Salad

Mix it all together Refrigerate overnight
- 1 lb frozen whole cranberries - ground up
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bag mini marshmellows
- 1 pint cool whip
Bacon Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

Wash and pierce potatoes with a fork and microwave on high for 10 minutes
- 8 medium baking potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup medium yellow onion, chopped finely
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used old cheddar and some mozzarella mixed in)
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (use can use real bacon too)
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- green onions for the top
Pumpkin Cheesecake Snickerdoodles

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together
- Filling Ingredients:
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground ground nutmeg
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 ounces pumpkin spice cream cheese
- Cinnamon-sugar coating:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Dash of allspice
Ice Cream in a Bag

Combine the half and half, sugar and vanilla extract in the quart-size bag
- OPTIONAL toppings:
- Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup half and half or whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup Kosher or Rock salt
- 4 cups ice (crushed or cubed)
- 2 quart size sealable freezer bags
- 2 gallon-size sealable freezer bags
- candy sprinkles, fruit puree, fudge or caramel sauce, chopped nuts, etc
Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Preheat oven to 500°F and lightly grease a casserole dish
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff Stew

Directions In a slow cooker, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and water
- 3 pound cubed beef stew meat
- 3 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 12 ounces cream cheese
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE DIP

This is great on fruit, graham crackers
- 8 oz of softened cream cheese
- 1 container of marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of whipped cream.. I use cool whip
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pulled Pork on the Smoker

Cook 1 to 1-½ hours per pound at smoker temperature of 215º - 225º or to meat temp of 195º - 200º Pulled Pork...
- 6-8 lb pork shoulder roast, Cherry wood chips
- Dry Rub
- 1 Tbs. ground black pepper,
- 2 tsp. cayenne,
- 2 tsp. dry mustard,
- 2 Tbs. chili powder,
- 2 Tbs. cumin powder,
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar,
- 1 Tbs. oregano,
- 4 Tbs. paprika,
- 2 Tbs. salt,
- 1 Tbs. sugar and
- 1 Tbs. white pepper
- Apple Cider
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 :1 vinegar to cider mix spray bottle
CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES

- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant french vanilla pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Smoked Tri Tip

Tri tip has been the regional specialty of Santa Maria, California for the last 50 years
- TRI TIP RUB INGREDIENTS
- 1 - tablespoon chili powder
- 1 - tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 - tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 - teaspoons onion powder
- 2 - teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 - teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine the tri tip rub ingredients.
- Season each of the tri tips with salt...kosher if you got it. Use about 2 teaspoons of salt per each roast, one teaspoon per side. Let the roasts sit salted for a few minutes, then season with the tri tip rub. Go ahead and pack all of it on.
