  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cornmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • dash of salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.
Add first 7 ingredients into medium bowl; mix well. Add milk and coconut. Bake for 1 hour or til golden.
