Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Potatoes 1/8 " slices (use enough for your family's needs)
  • Carrots 1/8" slices (use enough for your family's needs)
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

For each serving, prepare a cooking package of heavy duty aluminum foil. Use enough potatoes and carrots for your family's needs. In each foil cooking package - arrange potatoes and carrots on foil. Dot with butter or margarine. Place chicken breast, skin side up, on vegetables. Dot with margarine or butter. Spoon corn over chicken. Sprinkle salt, rosemary, thyme, and pepper over chicken. Close and seal foil tightly. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
