Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 6 slices white bread, trimmed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 roll 12/16 oz pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese American or chedder

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Sausage and drain, crumble and cool. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. place bread in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Put sausage and cheese over bread. Pour egg and milk over this. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 for 45 minutes uncovered. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
