- good Parmesan cheese

de-stem the mushroom and chop the stem into very small pieces
Melt some butter in the frying pan add mushroom pieces and cook the until tender. Add garlic salt and seasonings and cheese to taste.
Stuff the mushrooms and put them in a pan with about an 1/2inch of water and microwave or bake covered until steamed.
