Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- water
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first four ingredients and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients and form a soft elastic dough.
Roll dough to ¼-inch thickness. Cut into circles. Put ½ teaspoon meat mixture in center and wrap dough around it.
Steam for 20 minutes
