Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini
  • 1/4 cups white wine vinegar
  • 1 T water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cups fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

Step 1

1. Cook pasta al dente. Drain and rinse.

2. In a bowl whisk vinegar, water, salt, sugar, tarragon and pepper. Add oil and mix. Toss into pasta.
