Ingredients

  • ½

    lb. fresh mushrooms (large caps)

  • 4 ounce package Rondele herb & garlic cheese

  • ¼

    cup fresh crab meat

  • 1

    Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

  • 2

    Tbsp. dry sherry

Directions

Wash mushrooms carefully and remove stems. Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Broil until tops are browned, 5-8 minutes.
