Ingredients
- 4 lb rump roast
- 2 envelopes onion soup mix
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cans beef broth (10 1/2 oz cans)
- 1 bottle beer, 12 oz
- crusty french rolls

Step 1
1) trim excess fat from beef and put in slow cooker
2) combine the rest of ingredients (except rolls) in a large bowl. pour over beef. cover and cook high for 6-8 hours until beef is fork tender
3) remove from slow cooker and shred with forks. return beef to cooking liquid. serve on rolls with extra liquid for dipping
